Total Body Fat Lost: 14%

When Karl and I began my fitness journey together, I weighed 82kg and had a body fat percentage of 33%. I was uncomfortable with my body, self-conscious in social situations and my self-esteem couldn't have been lower. The biggest obstacle preventing me from achieving my goals was a lack of knowledge and motivation. Karl helped me overcome this with his expertise, support and unwavering faith in me.

We met three times a week for 45 minute sessions consisting mostly of weight training and he provided me with dietary guidance to support my activity and lifestyle; and I thoroughly enjoyed it!

Now 6 months later I weigh 71kg and have a body fat percentage of 19%; with a total of 13 inches lost I'm down to size 10 from size 18. I'm comfortable with myself, more outgoing and confident. I feel more energetic and stronger. People comment on how much happier I seem and when I look in the mirror, I see it too. I would never have achieved such a positive transformation in my health, physical appearance and body image without Karl.

I've been working out at the gym for a couple of years now. I didn't think I needed a personal trainer at first but soon felt like I had hit a plateau.

I asked Karl to train me and soon realised my functional strength and fitness had improved to such a level like I'd never seen. Since training with Karl I have completed 2 half marathons, soon to be 2 full marathons, and various obstacle courses.
