One to One Training

One to one training allows me to give you a much more personal experience, with fuller explanantions on nutrition, and using proper technique and form when exercising. We can assess your current level of fitness and create an achievable plan to attain your personal goals. You will get my total non-judgement support and my varied workout programmes will keep you motivated to keep going.

Small group training, such as 2-3 people per session, is available upon request. Please contact me for more details.

Spinning

Spin is a great fat burner and a good Cardiovascular challenge. It works both the legs and body as a whole unit, using techniques that aren't too dissimilar from using a bike. It works as great pre-season training for cyclist and triathletes, as well as a fantastic way to tone the body into the shape you want it.

I use spinning within my one to one training sessions and it also great for small training groups.

Gym Boxing

Gym boxing works your cardio, improves total-core strength and burns calories and tones your body at the same time. It can also improve hand-eye coordination and can decrease stress.

I run set group classes at The Gym but can also offer gym boxing as part of your personal training programme.

Circuit Training

Circuit training involes the uses of both body weight and free weights to achieve the desired goal. This is normally used in a weight loss or muscle toning environment. It will improve both muscular are cardiovascular endurance.

Circuit training is also great for one to one training sessions and small training groups.

Martial Arts

Self defense techniques taught to improve confidence understand the leverage points of the human body.

I offer Martial Arts training upon request, on either a one to one basic or for small groups. Please contact me for more details.
